SUNRISE SOUND BATH

Start your day with a 30 minute multi-dimensional listening experience that combines tranquil nature sounds with the tones and vibrations of authentic live crystal singing bowls and other instruments to gently transport you into a deep physical and mental awakening. From the sound bath head over to the docks and choose a paddle board or kayak…your call. In the early morning you can see the fish jump and the birds fly. You’re welcome to bring your coffee to top off a perfect morning.

STUTE BAR is Windsor’s newest mobile bar and tap truck and they will be serving espresso based drinks and cold refreshments. Come relax, soak up the positive energy, and enjoy a drink from Stute Bar at Urban Surf.

Fun Yoga on Paddle Boards with ChillYoga Studios

This will be a relaxed paddle board yoga session by Chill Hot Yoga Windsor. All are welcome for this all-levels beginner friendly paddle board yoga class. SUP Yoga is a combination of Stand Up Paddling and Yoga with a natural emphasis on your core and stability.

Jake Clement has been around Urban Surf from day 1 and were excited to pull him out of the boardroom for our summer party to share his paddling knowledge with everyone interested!
