Cold isn’t just the plunge. It’s about contrast. Stepping out of the heat. Fresh air on your skin. Letting your body cool down naturally.

We have three cold plunges. Two set between 50–60°, and one colder at 42–45°. Start where you’re comfortable, or go all in. Jump in solo or with friends—plunging together is encouraged.

Listen to your body. Some days you’ll crave the cold. Other days, not as much. Trust it. Go with your gut. When you know, you know.

Cold exposure reduces inflammation, sharpens focus, and builds real stress resilience over time. But more than that, it makes you feel alive.
